It is possible that your Android phone came with limited support to the external storage, or you’re using iPad Pro which came with a USB Type-C port. In these scenarios, Picture Keeper Connect needs an alternative way to transfer your pictures and videos.
The whole process will be split into two steps. You’ll need to first follow the instructions below to finish step 1 within your Picture Keeper Connect app and then continue on step 2 using the Picture Keeper desktop software.
Step 1- Transfer files via Mobile App
You will probably see the following screen in your Picture Keeper Connect app, even with the drive connected. Don’t worry, just tap on Support.
Then, find the text Advanced Options at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Once you’re in Advanced Options, you will find the WiFi Backup menu there, tap on it to continue.
Now, make sure you have connected to your WiFi network, choose either Start Copy or Select Files to Copy as you want, the transfer will just start. Wait for a few minutes, we will notify you once the transfer is complete.
