To send a log file, follow these steps:
- Open the Picture Keeper Connect app on your phone.
- Tap the menu option.
- Tap Help
- Tap E-mail Log to Support
- Make sure the log file is attached and tell us what you are experiencing under Please describe your problem. Then just tap send.
We will follow up with you as soon as possible to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
