To send a log file, follow these steps:
- Open the Picture Keeper Connect app on your phone.
- Tap the gear icon in the lower right-hand side of the screen. Choose the “Help” option.
- Tap “Email Support”
- When the Support Form pops-up, fill it out with your information and hit send.
- We will follow up with you as soon as possible to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
