
This issue is caused by not unmounting the Picture Keeper Connect drive from some Android phones properly. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps.
1. Plug Picture Keeper Connect into a Type C or Micro USB Android phone
2. Swipe down from the top of the screen and locate “USB Drive”, then tap on the down arrow.

3. Tap on unmount.

4. WAIT for the unmount message.

5. Plug back into Windows computer and you will not see the error message anymore.
