What Do I Do When I get a “No Files Found” Error Message?

 

When you click on View and Print, do you get the following message?

Rescan your Picture Keeper

Please note:

These instructions are for Picture Keeper software version 4.0.2.3 and above.  If you have an earlier version, please update to the latest version before using these steps.

  1. Click OK to close the error message.
  2. Click the Gear icon at the top right corner to open a menu.
  3. Click Rescan Picture Keeper.
  4. Picture Keeper will process scan the drive for pictures and re-sync the backup record.
  5. Allow the process to finish.
  6. Click View and Print again.
Success!

You should now be able to view your backed up files!
